Maui's Mobile Pizza Catering with Wood Fired Oven
Italian tipo 00 flour
We use imported Italian flour tipo 00 pizza flour, which has the least fiber and most refined. This is the secret of our soft and fluffy crust. Our doughs have no sugar and no oils. Just simple flour, yeast, salt, and water.
Homemade Tomato Sauce
Our homemade sauce has no sugar and no oil. Very simple Italian recipe of tomato, salt, and some herbs.
DIY oven trailer
Oli DIY-ed and build the trailer with many compartments. It is solar powered and the Edison bulbs gives a nice ambiance after dark.
